In 1965, the United States Congress passed a law to provide scholarships and programs for foreign medical graduates to study in the United States for graduate medical education on what is called a J-1 Exchange Visitor visa.

Although we do not usually charge the physician seeking employment for our services, we do charge the employing community or entity. Our fee is contingent, i.e. when we successfully refer you a physician who agrees to practice medicine in your hospital or clinic, then our fee is payable, but only after you and the physician have reached an agreement and they arrive in your community to begin the practice of medicine.
Our clients include physicians, hospitals, physician group and partnership organization, professional associations and community organizations. They frequently assist with travel expenses, office and professional overhead, housing, salaries or guaranteed income.
